Based on an industry referral, I contacted Brian to file suit against finance company and a student loan processor During consultation Brian agreed to represent me. He stated that he needed 1500 retainer fee for each suit filed. Paid Mr. Ponder in April. Mr. Ponder was suppose to file a motion for me. 9 months later and this motion is not filed. Mr. Ponder told me I fired him when I didn't. Mr. Ponder is a big con artist.

Brian was professional in the beginning and he's very knowledgeable as well. His communication towards the end was horrible. After he has your money he will jot return calls or emails. I checked my credit report and after about 3 months all negative items were removed....then about 2 months later I went to buy a car and they said there was a repo there. I should have read the reviews before trusting this crook. He will take your money and then dissapear. You've been warned.

Took my client's money a year ago. Did not do the work. Claimed he doesn't save the paperwork (what lawyer doesn't save paperwork?) Hard to get a hold of. Never updated the account and was abusive to my client who suffers major military related PTSD. I am sure he will have someone retaliate and leave me a bad review too, apparently that's how he operates. Classless and no work ethic.

Hired him to help me repair my credit. Once I paid him it was hard to get in contact with him. I reached out a couple times and no response. I do not recommend him.
