They carelessly missed a $2,400.00 tax deduction that was provided to them
I've been working with Brian for over 15 years now. He's always been helpful, responsive and to the point. It's nice to know I can pass my information along and I don't have to worry about the rest during tax season. I plan to continue using his services for the foreseeable future.
Very unfriendly and dismissive. If you’re looking for a new accountant, I would suggest just bypassing the office manger somehow.
Worst service ever!! He received our income tax forms in mid March 2021 and it took until the end of June 2021 to get things straightened around with direct contact with Revenue Canada. All of lies from this firm as to why the delays and turns out it was errors on their submission to Revenue Canada which caused the huge delay. Rather than owning up the mistake it was just lie after lie. Would not use this service again if I was paid to... Disgusting customer service!!
