My brother passed away almost 2 yrs ago..my an his name is on my father's home ..his wife is wanting money....Hayes had the house appraised an is wanting 97000.00 for a house valued T 101.000.00....he has included his fees an fees to do the title wor of a little over 10000.00 which I didn't.
