I'm a renter and reached out to see if I can ask a few legal questions and apparently this attorney only enjoys helping landlords hurts their tenants but doesn't care about helping tenants understand things as well even though this attorney has nothing to do with my landlord. I'd say a pretty slimy practice that being the case.

Had a problem with deed and called Brian Krause. He will help me until he knows problem solved. He Is very professional and knowledgeable . I would definitely recommend him to anyone.
