I strongly suggest not to use this Account for your personal tax return. They lodged my daughter inlaws return without bank details. ATO issued a cheque which they lost and then cancelled. That was 2 months ago and the ATO advised that it will be another 10 weeks until the refund is issued due to the repeated lodgement errors. Don't use Brian to lodge your return.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. Very unprofessional. When mistakes are made, measures should be taken to fix them. I lodged my tax return here over two months ago and had to find out they made a mistake by the ATO telling me… I’m still waiting, I have been rejected a partial refund and these people still haven’t even admitted their fault. Disgusting.
