Brian is a very "down to earth" person. Easy to work with and he does not beat around the bush. I was able to get my Refi completed is a very short period of time, all through email and text. I've actually have many refis with Brian over the years and he's the only one I recommend. Because I'm on a VA loan, I just have to text him and ask what the interest rates are at and he'll let me know if it's smart to do an IRRL now or wait. He's very honest and fast.
