By far the worst experience I had with a law firm communication is relatively non existent everytime you call you have to leave messages and they never get back with you. I would recommend a different establishment.
The positive is that the office staff was polite. I went in for my appt that I had to reschedule and no one was there. The door was locked. I called and left a message. The next day I called the office past noon and was told someone was out yestersay.....not that there was an emergency situation. I could have understood why I hadnt received a call prior if that was the case. I was then rescheduled and when I went in was told they didn't handle my county.
