I would not recommend this attorney. He will be very attentive and answer phone calls when you first contact him but once he gets your money you'll be lucky to ever get in contact with him again. When he does answer the phone it's his assistants taking messages and he will never get back to you. He seems to always be celebrating some type of birthday or anniversary at Disney, I saw a previous review (which has since been removed) that stated he used this same excuse multiple times. My experience with Brian Foley was very disappointing. He initially quoted me $6,000 for my case, but later increased the fee to $8,500. After taking my payment, communication became extremely poor, and I had a very difficult time getting responses from him. He eventually stopped responding to me, later told me he wanted to withdraw from representing me, and even arrived late to court.
