Brian is awesome! We had contracts on 3 houses that we backed out of due to inspections. He was never frustrated with us but continued to work hard for us each time. Totally understanding. Got us a great rate. When interest dropped before closing, received a call to see if we wanted to lock in. That call in itself saved us over 1/4 percent! He knows the market!
