I do not recommend Brian DeCarolis and not quite sure how anyone who has been defended by him with anything larger than a minor offense could rank him much better than 2 stars at best. As a local businessman with over 25 years of experience working with numerous attorneys, this was the least effective legal representation I have encountered.
