Brian was easy to work with and he genuinely cared about our concerns. He was very affordable and results oriented. We'd certainly use him again and we'll refer him to our friends based upon a job well done.

Do NOT waste your time! We called to set up a free consult with Brian because we had some questions regarding our mortgage payments. We had taken all of our documents (Mortgage statements, closing documents, ect.) to help him understand our situation, which he quickly rifled through. He then asked us what our issue was, which my fiancé explained. He did what attorney's do best and rambled off some legal jargon that was confusing and hard to follow. When we hired Brian we agreed on a fixed rate. After our case was over he sent me a bill of three times the amount we agreed on. He charged for every phone call that he made to us or we made to him. He charged the minimum $67 for any conversation that was under 20 minutes. So if it was a one minute conversation he charged $67. A 21 minute conversation he charges $100.50 and a 30 minute conversation was $201. During court he was so unprepared, he confused himself! He was asking me questions that I didn't understand. Horrible experience. After he represented me in court at trial, he confused all 3 witnesses and after trial I never received judgment so I called the courthouse myself. Also, after this terrible experience, he is now trying to charge me double after I already payed him! CAUTION! DONT HIRE HIM!
