If I could give Mr. DApice less than a star, I would. I sent an email on a property and was completely appalled by the response. Instead of answering my question, he chose to berate me for making him apparently repeat something that was described in his advertisement (it wasn't). When I asked if that is how he conducts business, he responded with normally no, but in this case he felt justified. Brian is literally the worst we ever dealt with. He is more of a "salesman" than a representative of a property owner. We do not mean to be disrespectful, but truth be told that we felt strongly that we were trying to conduct business with a sore loser. Brian's level of responsiveness is mediocre at best (he doesn't reply to emails or phone calls!) We walked away feeling disgusted.
