He shows up to our first court hearing late and his shirt out and wrinkle suit ! That would be a red flag to any judge if I showed up late and my clothes not tucked in and neat looking ! Then he saids he is going to take it to trail my DUi I was not even in my car and I called the police because I was assaulted and the girl got away with injury me ! I got a DUI while not driving !! This lawyer couldn’t win a court case if the judge gave it to him and he has fear of going to court or he is just a good bullshitter or liar !!
Mr. Smith has helped me with my most recent traffic incident that I had and was absolutely helpful for me to get my charge dismissed and not having to pay any fines besides court costs. Always responded back when I had any questions and never had a missed phone call. I have nothing but the most absolute respect for Brian Smith as a Man and as an Attorney.
