Our family member has been at Bria for approximately 4 years. During that time we have had a number of general concerns in which we contacted the administrator Jeff Russell. Our concerns were addressed promptly and resolved to our satisfaction. He has an open door policy and is very accommodating which is much appreciated!
My grandma has stayed at this cozy place for sometime. Staff have been wonderful. We are happy.
My dad was such a sweet man, but he could also be difficult. The staff made every effort to make him as comfortable and as happy as they could. Sometimes it was easy, sometimes not so much, but they always tried. They were partners when my dad needed some dietary help. They kept me informed at all times if there were any issues, whether behavioral or physical. Bria of Geneva provided excellent care for my aunt during her stay for therapy. The staff was kind, attentive, and professional, and the therapy team was fantastic in helping with recovery. The facility was clean and well-maintained. Highly recommend!
My friend Dianne was at Bria for couple weeks and I was visiting her often. Her husband was visiting her every day. We saw the residents receiving very good care. The staff ( nurses and CNAs , dietary ) were very kind and seemed to really care about the resident. We are very pleased with therapy also. Dianne’s husband Bruce and I would like to say how much we appreciate every one who took care of her. Keep up good work.
