The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and communicative. I appreciate their willingness to go the extra mile.
I was there for rehabilitation, and it was an outstanding experience. They handled me with grace, and if there was unbearable pain, they took care of it. They laughed at my jokes! They took care of me and I felt so safe. Overall, they handled me with care at a fragile moment. And of course, I will go back if needed for rehab, and I would recommend Bria to anyone any day, anytime!
I first arrived at Bria of Geneva in 2022 after shoulder surgery and I have been back numerous times. The therapy department at Bria is very efficient , polite and patient with me. This is my main reason for returning to Bria every time. I really like everyone at Bria. I give them 7 stars!!
My aunt was admitted to BRIA in May of this year. While she is very sick, she was also very depressed. After just two weeks, she made a noticeable turnaround and was back to her old self. You could see the light in her eyes again. She has done well with her therapy. She made the decision to become a permanent resident after deciding that she couldn’t live independently. When first came to Bria of Geneva, I thought it was my little piece of heaven it was bright, airy, & beautiful. I love the staff they are fantastic- they all greeted me in my room when I arrived. The room is big love the view. I just love it. There's sooo much going on at all time. Activities is great I've never have a problem. I've met the oldest they are nice. It's still great.
