A+ staff and care!
Went to visit a family friend with the family. Totally can’t believe the conditions of this place. Smells really bad which means…the residents are not getting changed and cleaned every 2 hours. House keeping is obviously not taking the trash out in a timely manner. The rooms windows have spiderwebs and nets and flies in the window seals. Just disrespectful how they have the residents living. Nets was flying and crawling on the family friend persons and bed. Even walking those the hallways is a hazards. Family like environment. You can tell that the staff and management cares about the residents.
**5/5 Stars** Bria Nursing Home is exceptional. The staff is kind, compassionate, and highly trained. The facility is clean, modern, and comfortable. Activities and programming are engaging and varied. I highly recommend Bria for its outstanding care and supportive community.
My grandmother received therapy at BRIA and loved the team!
