Smells so strongly of urine. The place, inside and out is a huge mess. Call lights going off everywhere and everyone from front desk to CNA’s are on their phone not answering them. You can literally hear people screaming for help. My grandmother was here less then 24 hours then already back in the hospital. If you care about your loved ones you wouldn’t even think about this location.
Filthy place. Lots of missing meds. Mostly psych patients and in-house dialysis. I wouldn't put my worst enemy here.
I would give no stars if I could, Do not send your loved ones here and if they are here please check on them! This is a disgusting facility with disgusting management & the so called owner is horrible. Very unprofessional place.
