The whole building is very clean. The staff takes good care of residents. They answer my call. Very good place to put your family member in!
Smells so strongly of urine. The place, inside and out is a huge mess. Call lights going off everywhere and everyone from front desk to CNA’s are on their phone not answering them. You can literally hear people screaming for help. My grandmother was here less then 24 hours then already back in the hospital. If you care about your loved ones you wouldn’t even think about this location.
Filthy place. Lots of missing meds. Mostly psych patients and in-house dialysis. I wouldn't put my worst enemy here.
