My aunt received physical therapy at BRIA after a fall and had a very positive experience! She was taught multiple different exercises to practice, which led to a full recovery.
My grandmother received therapy at BRIA and loved the team!
This place is a complete dump! Do not send your loved ones here. They are abusive, rude and just plain lazy. These people who work here (with the exception of a few nurses who work thru a different agency) are the bottom of the trash barrel. So sad to see the residents treated like this in their time of need. More mistreatment to the resident if you as a family member say anything! The plumbing doesn't work. Developed respitory complications and was sent to the hospital. After, Bria of Alton told us the facility could not support my needs. During that time in the hospital, so much of my stuff was stolen. Between the employees and the residents, both aren't above stealing from the handicapped or helpless.
