Stay as far away as possible from these irresponsible and incompetent people. Regarding my Puerto Rico tax return: I was supposed to receive a refund, and now I owe money because these people were incapable of filing the return correctly. Since they failed to submit the W-2, the system generated a mathematical error. Instead of admitting their mistake, their excuse was that because I don’t have a SURI account, they couldn’t submit the W-2 along with the return.
