We rented from another place this summer and got a flat near Brewster Cycle Center. They fixed the flat free of charge and quickly. What a great team player!
Tyler went ABOVE AND BEYOND in replacing a rear brake cable! We are traveling in our RV & today was my last chance to enjoy the CCRT (I had my husband go ahead yesterday without me when we discovered my bike was in need of some repairs) & was truly disappointed that I hadn’t been able to ride. First of all, this is a fantastic place to rent a bike. It’s very close to the bike trail and store owner, Tyler, is extremely friendly and helpful about things to do along the trail. I am writing today moreover, with great praise for a Herculean effort Tyler made to save a bike of mine. The relatively new bike was broken to an almost irreparable state, and the useless big Hyannis bike shop where I’d purchased it would not help me or offer any solutions. Prices are very reasonable and the staff are helpful and friendly. Rented a children's bike there. My 9 yo is usually the slowest but she was the fastest with the rental while all of us struggle to catch up.
