Brewster Cycle Center has been there for us many times over the years. The staff is friendly, helpful, experienced, and knowledgeable, and they work quickly! We owe the long life-span of our bikes to all their repairs and maintenance. So grateful to have this business in our neighborhood!
The owner was cycling by us on the Cape Cod Rail Trail and noted that we were struggling with a flat tire. He turned around and went back to his shop got all the necessary repair items came back and got us back on the trail. He trusted that we would pay him the next day, which of course I did. This place is great! Went in for a gear indexing issue. They were busy so they asked me to drop it off. I did, within an hour they called and said it was done. I asked about lube recommendations for my chain, they took the time to show me how to do it at no expense.

I was stranded after the gear derailleurs on my bike exploded. I hitched a ride to this shop, these guys immediately got to work and had me sorted out in no time. In addition to the problem that had stranded me, Tyler diagnosed several other issues and fixed them with the parts he had on-hand. Extremely fair pricing, glad to have an expert sort the bike out, highly recommend you get your work done at this shop.
