What a great service, he fixed both my bikes in no time at all reasonable price. He definitely knows what he’a doing. And because one of the fixes took a little bit longer, we got a loaner bike for those few hours, so we could continue our bike tour. Big thanks to Tyler and his team for the support.
The staff at Brewster Cycle were super helpful, friendly and accommodating. They fit our whole crew - adults and small kids- with bikes and helmets. Everyone was happy with their gear. Highly recommend it.
Great people to rent from. They told us exactly how to ride the E bikes and even made a great suggestion on where to ride to. Whenever we are back on the Cape, this is where we will rent from.
Last week, my daughter stopped in because her brakes weren’t working, and Tyler fixed them and didn’t charge her for his time. A few days ago we stopped by again because my brakes weren’t working. He is crazy busy these days preparing for the PMC, but he came out and fixed the brakes for me and then noticed that the front tires on both of our bikes were loose, so he fixed those too, saying that he wanted to make sure that we were safe. We were traveling through the Cape and needed work done on our bikes or at the very least some bike chain lube. I called Brewster Cycle and Tyler Wolcott said to come by. Tyler went above and beyond to help us. He was kind and knowledgable which made for an enjoyable experience. A couple of regulars stopped by and I witnessed him multi task to accommodate us all. I would highly recommend this bike shop.
