Placed an order on line and expected a fast process as the first order I placed. First ordered was processed fast and friendly. Not the second order. I noticed when I checked on my order my card was being charged but the order showed an authorization hold and my order was still pending. They don't fill CO2; they hung up on me when I asked if they knew any local businesses that do. Terrible service.
Placed an order, never got it and nobody will answer calls or messages through their website.
Good selection of products fair prices BUT shipping costs are exceptionally HIGH paid $64 US for 4 small items that could have been shipped USPS for $20 US. When converted to Canadian $ shipping was $90. I will shop only if I can't find their items elsewhere
I love the customer service here . I have done business for many years with no complaints
