Spot on Adam, seems to be Stephens poor way of doing business. I am writing to warn others regarding Stephen's disregard to schedules, deadlines, and the complete lack of professionalism at Brew City. We made the mistake of entrusting him to complete our tax returns for 2021. All documents were delivered to Stephen in early March (2021). As the tax deadline approached, calls to Stephen's secretary, were answered with "we are working on them", which was a lie (more than once). Never returned my Emails or Phone calls… had a few questions to ask about my 2021 taxes. Never had someone like this before…. Even his receptionist and other worker were no help.. Even had an attitude when I called to set up an appointment… I rather have my 4 year old niece do my taxes
