A friend highly recommended Kira, leading me to message her on Telegram @kiramin01 for a one-hour deep tissue FSNURU session. She only accepts appointments and sweetly walked me through booking. This place is a disaster. I wanted to do something nice for my husband for our 13th wedding anniversary and the omni completely ruined it. Booked the daycation spa package but when we arrived, the guy at the front desk didnt know when the spa opened or where to send us. Made it to the pool but had to wait because no one was working the check in desk to let us in. Someone finally was able to unlock the door after a random girl came by. Used my Christmas gift from my daughter for a deep muscle massage. It was amazing. Only got a picture of the lady’s room which was clean and well stocked.
Almost impossible to get a hold of anyone at the spa. You call, you email, you leave voicemails and no one ever gets back to you to even schedule an appointment. At one point I got a response to an email appt request over 1 week later. But then you ask for a 15 minute grace period while you try to make it to an appointment given snow and traffic, and you are told the only option is to reschedule and pay 50 US rescheduling fee.
I booked the sonata staycation and the experience was AMAZING. Patricia was awesome and Stacey has magical hands! I used the pool and the sauna. It was exactly what I needed. I would go back every week if I could.
