So much for renewing your car tag on line, renewed on Friday 10/3 and received an email at 3:20 PM that it was ready for pick up, email indicates they will hold it for 3 business days and then mail it, if not picked up. Today, Tuesday 10/7 at 8:19 am received an email that it had been mailed and I will be charged a fee now. I went there do transfer title the woman name Stacy wasn’t answering any questions I ask , go back and forth from the window to printer to print out paper for more than 7 time , she just said I save for you $200 today ? this is not save as I use my credit from old tag for the new tag for the community service worker she has to do it right not save money like shopping.
