Everything was great until I was home for about an hour. My husband died on active duty, I had Gold Star out of state plates already, so naturally I got them here in Florida. I get home after being there for 3 hours, I get a phone call that I wasn’t eligible for Gold Star plates because his Casualty Report says Colon Cancer but he was active duty when he passed. I recently had the pleasure of working with Kim at the DMV, and I cannot express enough how positive my experience was. From the moment I walked up to her window, Kim was very welcoming professional and friendly, making the entire transaction smooth and enjoyable. I have never made a review on here much less a bad review however my experience with this branch has been absolutely terrible this morning made my 4th visit to this branch in 24hrs simply to get two cars registered. I showed up on time to the appointment that I made only for them to say that they couldn’t find me in their records and then found out somehow the appointment I made got canceled?
