We have used them for 2 or 3 years in the past with cost being no more than $400, this year we tried them again and they said a bill for $1,500! We are only getting $3,000 back in taxes and half of it is going to them! Their reason was, we skipped a year and have fee for being "new customers" and we needed them to do one extra process to show the interest we received off a land contract.
