I called for a tow, they confirmed, then after we had waited for around a half hour, they called and canceled the tow, stating it was for a bigger accident (AKA bigger payout). Very unprofessional to accept the call then cancel.
Probably better get someone else on the phones! Called about hiring you to do a job and lady on the phone was rude and unhelpful. Not the best attitude for the industry that you're in!
