So disappointed in the service from this lender. When I asked for a loan estimate he talked in circles and when said can I just see the line items in writing he said working with me wouldn't be a good fit. Don't ask this guy for the raw numbers in writing, he either can't provide them or won't. Wish I could leave zero stars. Also, he talks to you like you are a 5 year old. My wife and I got prequalified by our Bank, and wondered if there was some better options out there for home loans. We were referred to Kevin at CMG Mortgage. I gave him a call that day and we were prequalified within 48 hours. He was able to find some different options for loans and saved us a good chunk of money for our down payment. During our house hunting, we had to pivot on a Couple houses, Kevin and his team were very easy to work with through the whole process. Their responsiveness and communication was top tier!

Kevin and his wife Niki are amazing. They helped my family and I get our first home when everyone else said we couldn't purchase. They made the entire process easy, and in a short period of time, we were closing on our new home. We look forward to keep working with them. I have to say, Brett was awesome!!! I unfortunately stress out pretty easily. Brett had the patience and skill to help me understand everything, every step of the way, and really made this process really easy. He responds to calls and emails almost immediately, and won't hesitate to answer any and all of your questions (no matter how trivial you may think they are) I feel extremely lucky to have landed Brett and his team for my 1st home purchase.
