Unbelievable.. went in for a consultation, explained the ridiculous thing I was being charged with. He picked up the phone made a phone call, gave me some advice ,told me to make a phone call ,I did.. case was dropped as it should have been two days later.
Brett Day if a wonderful attorney that I would recommend to anyone with a speeding ticket in Newton County Missouri. He is professional, reasonably priced, and quick to action. Within 6 days he had my issue resolved. Not that I want another ticket in Neosho, but if I get the lead foot again I’m calling Brett day!
