I dropped my taxes off 3/17/26 and they were not completed until the evening of 4/13/26. Cutting it a bit close. I was originally told $250/hour and they would not give me a set price. They ended up charging me their “basic rate” of $950 for my trust taxes and $950 for my personal taxes. It did not take almost 4 hours to do the simple trust return. More than I’ve ever paid previously. I only talked to the CPA Bret initially. Issues with their app. I prefer personal communication and up front pricing.

This is not my first account but I definitely feel the most happy and comfortable with them. They always reply very fast to any issues I have. Great communication. I had them fix a past 2021 return that was a mess for me to do on my own. The IRS was asking for $33k from me in taxes and interest. They reduced it down to $3,250.
