Had a very poor interaction with this company. I had thought I asked what I needed to know, I was overcharged and treated very poorly, and was told it was my fault for not asking the right questions. I was under the impression people went to the professionals because we don't know the questions to ask. Honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had.
