Great for income tax return. Fast and courteous
Had a very poor interaction with this company. I had thought I asked what I needed to know, I was overcharged and treated very poorly, and was told it was my fault for not asking the right questions. I was under the impression people went to the professionals because we don't know the questions to ask. Honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. Will not be back
Probably shouldn’t drive like a lunatic when your business name is on your license plate
For driving 40 minutes to get my taxes done I'll just keep my business elsewhere for the level of unfriendlyness I received in just the 10 minutes being there. Clearly my business was not appreciated.
Paid for services that I was told we’re done professionally. Ended up having to redo it all myself after calling them over a year to help me correct it as it was not filled correctly multiple times -Bad experience ,Not pleased - Taxes can be easy to complete yourself look into it ! Don’t be lied too by people who don’t really care .
