I have been trying to close my case in this office for months. I receive zero communication from them so I have to call twice a month to try to get an update at which time I’m told that nobody knows why the case hasn’t closed and that they’ll let me know. But I never hear back. So today I called again and did speak with one gal who although still having no idea about why my case wasn’t closed, was at least professional on the phone.
