Due to weather conditions and road closures, I was 5 hours late for my appointment. The local staff were indifferent to these circumstances and did not want to accept the cargo that day. I arrived the next day three minutes earlier, but the gate was opened to let me into the territory only at my appointment time. This is the first time I have seen such inadequacy.
Truckers, do not take loads to this place, VERY RUDE people, very small yard, delivery with app only. Will not let you go inside to turn around if you early for your delivery app. You will have to back in, in to the busy street to get out of the entrance. Also no washroom for TRUCK DRIVERS !. As a truck driver it's pretty bad the way the employees talk to us. Only Mike that unloaded me was very nice and professional. I think he is rhe only person there with common sense. If you a truck driver make sure to get here in time they don't want you inside the gate until is time to come in. Even if you have an appointment. They do have space like for 2 trucks to wait inside. But that's their rules. Make sure you use the bathroom before you get here. Bathroom service is not allow for truck drivers. It's humiliation toward... read more
