I had a very friendly, fast, positive experience
They’re really nice if you go by your appointment really quick in and out 30 minutes thanks, Mike
Due to weather conditions and road closures, I was 5 hours late for my appointment. The local staff were indifferent to these circumstances and did not want to accept the cargo that day. I arrived the next day three minutes earlier, but the gate was opened to let me into the territory only at my appointment time. This is the first time I have seen such inadequacy.
Truckers, do not take loads to this place, VERY RUDE people, very small yard, delivery with app only. Will not let you go inside to turn around if you early for your delivery app. You will have to back in, in to the busy street to get out of the entrance. Also no washroom for TRUCK DRIVERS !. No more loads for brenntag. Update / 12.12.24 2nd time here, see were im going to late, was loaded and shame on me.
