C.N. I moved to Eugene from out of state. I had just taken posession of my new home and set out to shop for a mattress and furniture. Brenner's Furniture was my third stop. I didn't like the salesman (kid) at one store and did not believe the big % sales event at another. My experience at Brenner's was terrific right from the start. Can't Go Wrong at Brenner's! I recently purchased a bedroom and living room set from Brenner's and could not be more pleased with the experience I had with the sales staff, the selection of furniture and the prices! They even delivered my furniture the same day , at the time they said they would! Thank you once again for making my shopping experience a pleasant one!
Ms Marla A few months ago, after deciding to move, I purchased bedroom sets for each of my children from JC Penny and my bedroom furniture from Brenner's Furniture. I have spent the last 3 months dealing with JCP's poor customer service, from not wanting to set up all of the bedroom furniture upon delivery, to damaged product that they still have not shown up to replace. They don't play fair and square I bought a $1500 TempurPedic mattress from Brenner's. The mattresses come with a three-month return option, which I wanted because a friend had reported that sometimes the mattresses are hard to adjust to. Sure enough, mine started out rock-hard and never got soft, no matter how much I tried. They pulled a bait and switch on us.... We went looking for a full mattress set for our guest bedroom several years ago . We didn't need a great mattress as it wouldn't be used that often, but we wanted something decent. We shopped around and ended up at Brenner's. They seemed to have the best deal at the time and a decent selection.
