Poor communication by staff missing critical emails along with failures to follow client instructions resulted in both a costly and lengthy lawsuit.
Francis and his staff were very difficult to work with. Communication was poor as they were unresponsive to emails and phone calls. Completely incompetent and dishonest. The entire process felt like they were working against you. Would not recommend.
