It took a long time for me to win .Iam a landlord but also the other party was given more than they deserved.I think the lawyer they contracted for me was not strong enough against the other party.It costed me a lot of money too.Stipulation was not what I wanted but he told me to agree to it so it don't cost me even more and not to take more time .

Go to Dennis Block instead of this law firm. They will take your money and not solve the case; instead, they negotiate with tenants and drain your pockets. At least Dennis Block has active attorneys fighting the cases. This guy won't even show up to court. A nightmare to work with, these people. Do your homework before you pay any money here, or else you will be taken for a long ride and lose the case.
They served a family friend a 3 day notice through his landlord. He is a disabled senior. He's called and I've called and they will not explain the notice that They served so we can figure out a plan of action. Just some know nothing front desk lady mumbling about legal advice. I don't want legal advice I want to know what your document means as it says 3day, 30day, then 3 day all in the same sentence.
Claims to have an expansive knowledge of tenant/renter laws, but does NOT KNOW that certain parts of LA are rent controlled and that you CANNOT just evict a tenant without paying $$$ to the renters.
