Same experience as everyone else. They were relentless and lied about what they were callling about. Insurance claimed I owed additional payment after I cancelled the policy. I ended up just paying to get them to get them to stop.

I have never in my life been contacted by two of the most rude and disgusting representatives one of them being Angel and one of them being Josh; they have sent emails to someone else’s email for the last nine months claiming that it is my email and which I told them multiple times it is not, for a bill; I finally get in contact with them on October 1 and tell them to send me over the bill in which I told them I did not see an attachment on there; I spoke to two representatives yesterday who basically tried “verbally bully m... read more

I returned a call from this office. I tried to collect information pertaining to the claims of this office. I was met with aggression and threats all for a business claim that I do not own. Chris told me "He would be getting that money from me" and refused to give me the business address while telling me "but you know I've got yours." I have NEVER dealt with a more unprofessional lawyers office especially as someone who was returning a call trying to and resolve a claim.

They are rude, condescending, and they dont know what they are talking about. Specifically dealt with Jennifer. It was regarding a billing error from our insurance company. We canceled our business insurance that we had for 8 years and paid monthly without a problem. We had personal insurance with them for over 15 years (without missing a payment) but will now cancel that as well since they subject their customers to companies like B & C.
