Then call Brennan and Rogers to make an appointment and take your needs to, because they're better than whomever you talked to. We are generally ignorant of the requirements of the legal system. Smilie and Council held our hands though the entire process, explained in clear English, not legal-speak, what certain clauses and passages meant.
