I have had several accounts with BNB for the last 4 years and I have never seen a more friendly, cooperative bank. They go out of their way to help you no matter your problem. They go way beyond what I would think would be the norm for banks in assisting you. I was out of town in Atlanta and ran into a huge problem on a Saturday. My debit card wouldn't work and I couldn't purchase gas. They worked on the problem until we were able to determine that it was not the card but the card reader.
