We've had an excellent experience at Brenden Gardens. My mom, (90s) first stayed on and off for a year when we traveled. Then she moved in full-time. Kathy is great, she guided us through the entire experience. Chrissy and really the entire staff are kind and caring. The halls could use some updating for sure, but my mom's apartment is nice, the common areas are clean and attractive. There are many activities daily. I love that people can have pets, that's a great feature.
I had an excellent experience touring Brenden Gardens. Kathy, the marketing director, was extremely helpful and provided a comprehensively overview and tour. She introduced us to all the key staff and it was clear that they work together as a cooperative team. I was impressed that Brendan Gardens has a service permanently located in the building to provide additional support services if needed. The residents were very friendly and provided a welcoming community.
This is a wonderful place. We placed my mother there. And she loves it. It’s a clean facility. The people are friendly. And it is a pleasant atmosphere. The staff is more than helpful. With anything that you may need. And Kathy was a pleasure to deal with. And was extremely helpful for the move in. And help you with any of your needs that you may have. I would highly recommend this from anybody who is looking for a great place for their loved ones.
The staff at Brenden Gardens are friendly, compassionate and ready to meet the needs of their residents. The staff have embraced my dad, from the office personnel to the physical therapist and OT, the kitchen staff, maintenance, van driver, and Hearts and Hands, and they have created a safe, loving environment. Excellent place for your grandparents very well taken care of and the staff is extremely friendly.
