I started using Brendan & Sons Plumbing & Electrical after my previous plumber didn't show up for an emergency and stopped responding. Since then, every experience with them has been excellent. Over the years, they've helped us with everything from underground pipe repairs in the yard to regular plumbing problems and toilet fixes. The service has always been quick, the plumbers like Charles are friendly and professional, and the prices are fair. I highly recommend them and will keep using their plumbing services.
I would give more than 5 stars if I could! Jerry was very friendly and kept me updated while redoing the pipes in my basement. After my foundation was replaced, Jerry came back to finish up a small plumbing job and noticed that a natural gas pipe hadn’t been reconnected. He quickly called the gas company and let me know about the issue, which could have been really dangerous. On top of all that, his plumbing work was excellent. I’m very grateful for his attention to detail and great service!
I have used Brendan & Sons Plumbing & Electrical at the Condo Community I manage in Wichita Falls for many years. Our water heater started leaking, so we called the plumbers right away. They sent out a technician the same day to check out the problem. After inspecting it, they suggested a new water heater since ours was rusty and really old. The next morning, their team arrived early to install the new one. Jerry and his assistant did excellent work and finished everything smoothly. I can’t say enough good things about Brendan & Sons Plumbing & Electrical. A few days ago, my wedding ring accidentally got flushed down the toilet, and I was so upset. After two other plumbing companies couldn’t help and just gave me the runaround, I called Brendan & Sons Plumbing & Electrical hoping for better luck.
