My in-laws had a serious leak coming from their ceiling, so I needed a plumber fast to help stop any more water damage. I called a local plumbing company in Wichita Falls this afternoon because we had a leak in our water main. The person who answered the phone was very friendly and got me scheduled right away. Within a couple of hours, a plumber named Wayne was on his way to my house. I received both a text and an email so I could track Wayne’s arrival, and he also gave me a call when he was about 45 minutes out. We had Wayne come out to inspect our water heaters, and most recently Jerry came by to clear a clogged drain line. Both plumbers were professional, courteous, and very friendly! Wayne found out that our leak detection system on the water heaters was beeping because water had gotten in through a small slit in the roof where the flashing had shifted after some strong winds.
