Horrible customer service, Brian was not helpful at all and made it seem like it wasn’t his job to look up information. He literally said “I’m not going to pull my hair for your file” who says that to a customer. Their are plenty of people who need a job Brian if your not happy with your job then look for another one or stay home.
Never do business with this company. They are very unprofessional & rude. They are in the business of taking peoples money. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
