Do not work with Movement Mortgage they will make you run through hoops to acquire alone your local bank you are better off. I had to pull three clients from obtaining a loan. Brendan Burns is the worst he supposed to be a market leader he should be fired.
Brendan knew the listing agent on my transaction. He promised the realtor that he would close the transaction within 30 days of the offer being accepted which allowed me to compete against cash offers. I was a first time home buyer and my offer was accepted in spite of being 60k lower than the highest offer. He closed my deal in exactly 31 days.
