Well my business partner and I will be taking our business elsewhere. Brenda missed our tax filing deadline because we are "new clients" and she hasn't had time to set up the file. This is the worst customer service.

Our small corporation used her as our CPA for 10 years. She is a very busy person and became very short and frustrated when asked questions about taxes or the like. Her office often took many months to complete our tax returns despite having most numbers calculated, itemized and sorted for her. The rest of the figures were easily found in our Quickbooks program. She claimed I backed into her auto while I was "parked."! Hello! No way but Progress, i.e. George Soros, ruled in her favor. Go figure! She had auto paint smudge on her vehicle which was not the color of my vehicle. My vehicle had no evidence of any damage! She left scene of accident to go to police station rather than phoning police station. Afterwards, I went to police station and they agreed it could NOT have been my fault. I would never trust her with my confidential files!
