I opened my account with them believing I had an understanding of all their guidelines. When I deposited a check, I was told the money would be available the next day. Nobody informed me of a 30day probationary period, and certainly didn't mention a holding period. I even made a point of calling and verifying the funds were available before attempting to spend those funds. They confirmed, and then my check bounced. Terrible customer service. I thought I had a hometown type of bank but it's not. Terrible bank. I'd give zero stars if I could.
