Horrible customer service! Even when you call the local # you speak with someone "off shore." And, that's after being put on hold for 15 minutes. When trying to look into a previous transaction, I was told their records only go back seven yrs. I've banked with Bremer for 50 years and have never had any issues.
My father, who recently passed, banked in Bremer's Detroit Lakes branch for over 60 years. Unfortunately, Old National bought Bremer early last year. Based on my experience with them, albeit limited, they have no appreciation for history/loyalty nor concern for how their actions impact their deceased account holder's family. It would be nice if the drive through was open earlier than 9am.
Very crooked dishonest bank. Constant unexplained fees and increases, delays in automatic payment withdrawals. Spoke to them about resolving some issues that were supposed to be taken care of, and they still arent. This bank is absolutely ridiculous.
Your automated phone is awful. It would be nice to talk to someone in person when you have a simple question to ask .
