Had some money in a fee-free, no minimum checking account with Bremer Bank. ONB bought Bremer and moved me off paperless billing, and started charging me a paper statement fee, a dormant account fee, and a service fee.

I had a check go into a closed account instead of processing into the new one. They said they cannot see the amount in either accounts and my employer told me the check had cleared. Old National Bank told me to have my bank process it again. Well that would be two separate payments. When you call the 800 number you can hardly understand the representative. Online was awful, 47 minutes and not resolution, just the opposite. Then after all that time they wanted to send it up the scale and the message indicated another 15 wait. I hung up and went to the local branch and they had it resolved in less that 10 minutes. What a waste of time!
