Excellent customer service! Never any issues with any transaction. I drive miles out of my way to visit this branch.
Impossible to ever get ahold of anyone at any of the locations. Been 40 mins after they opened, and nobody is answering the phones. Ridiculous
Horrible service regarding my online password and code, Wasted 2 hours and got nothing. I will be changing banks All I had asked for in the first place and go sent to a tech guy but the system would not work apparently. I finally called back to talk to a banker and we were done in 1 minute.
