Horrible service regarding my online password and code, Wasted 2 hours and got nothing. I will be changing banks All I had asked for in the first place and go sent to a tech guy but the system would not work apparently. I finally called back to talk to a banker and we were done in 1 minute.
I’ve gone to this location for years as I’m constantly making cash deposits. Never had any type of problem here before until they hired new people. They took 35 minutes to count about 400 bills of mine, but that wasn’t even the real issue. They said the money counter wasn’t working, so after 30 minutes they finally counted it by hand. The total was $100 short of what I counted, so I asked for my cash back and counted it. Sure enough, there was an old $100 bill mixed in with my $1 bills, so they only counted it as a dollar.
