This bank was great until Old National took over. Since then, the changes from corporate and the communication sucks. New policies due to the change have all been shoved at me with no exceptions. Problems with accounts and extra fees that never existed. Then to top it off comes typical customer service from over seas that you can not understand. Wish I had another option. The people at this bank are great, the corporate office sucks big time.
Called in to see if they can do a cash advance for non-members. They said yes! I drove all the way there for them to tell me they cant accept passports? Since when does the state drivers license top the passport?
