Perfect example of a tone deaf mega-bank. They took down the community bulletin board in the entry that was used for everything from local for sale ads to charity events. In its place? A poster telling everyone how much they care about the community. Calling about your account gets you someone that barely speaks English, and it takes transferring between multiple departments for them to tell you they don't know the answers to your questions.
