Bremer Bank has been very good to me for 30 years. No matter which branch I go to, the service is great.
New Customer. Very dissatisfied so far. Made a deposit on Dec 20 was told the funds will be available on the 23rd. they were not several phone calls later thought the issue was resolved. nope. last week received a letter telling they were delaying the availability 7 more days. In the letter the reason stated is confidential information. Again I spoke with the bank. The banker I spoke with couldn't find out what confidential information means. This bank is a joke. I closed my account after they allowed me to use my debit card on 10 or so very small transactions. They allowed it because they wanted to nail me for the 30 dollar charge for each time I used the charge. I went into the bank and explained I had no idea my account was in the negative and they didn't care I still had to pay over 300 in charges for less then 120 worth of items. I bought a pack a gum, mcchicken and pop, cigs...etc you understand these are small items that added up. They are all about the mo... read more
