The most disgusting experience literally ever. A nice Muslim couple was confused about their overdraft fees and some old lady was being very very rude. She was saying the most ridiculous, racially motivated insulting things. I was so upset. I turned around and closed my account. My WHOLE immediate family and extended families have banked with Bremer. Never EVER think about banking with OLD NATIONAL. More like OLD FARTS. I would give zero stars. But I can’t.
Tried calling the branch and sat on hold for 5 minutes just to talk to a receptionist. Then the guy interrogated me when I asked for specific banker that I knew by name. It should never take 5-10 minutes of sitting on hold to talk to someone at a local branch. Secondly the receptionist shouldn't be interrogating you before they let you talk to your banker.
The Marshall Branch is very good. A small town feel yet also provide good communication and personable service. The banking system itself is where the issues are. The technology on the backend has to be dated because the functionality is so limited. That, I hope, is a near-term priority.
