Tried calling the branch and sat on hold for 5 minutes just to talk to a receptionist. Then the guy interrogated me when I asked for specific banker that I knew by name. It should never take 5-10 minutes of sitting on hold to talk to someone at a local branch. Secondly the receptionist shouldn't be interrogating you before they let you talk to your banker.
The Marshall Branch is very good. A small town feel yet also provide good communication and personable service. The banking system itself is where the issues are. The technology on the backend has to be dated because the functionality is so limited. That, I hope, is a near-term priority.
The branch is fine, but the sign-in procedures work so rarely that it's impossible to use the account. Verification codes don't work, whether by text or phone. Incredibly frustrating. I can't wait to be able to close the account
Used to be a great bank! I have used this bank for at least the last 10 years. However, unfortunately, I will be closing my account. Very disappointed that the drive-thru window isn't even open on Saturdays for a couple of hours. Had an issue with my card being compromised (didn't know they were going to cancel my card completely) now I'm stuck with no money, and no way to even get money. Won't have a new card for at least 2 weeks. I have no way to get cash for the weekend now at this point. Sad to go because they have taken... read more
