I don't know that I can give much of an overall review of Bremer, do to my limited experience with them. My interactions with them have been from becoming a conservator on my dad's account. What I CAN say is that our interactions with Parker have been absolutely phenomenal. He has made what could be a very difficult situation SO much easier with his kindness and helpfulness. I love how people-first Bremer Bank is. Jessie and her team are constantly seeking ways to help the community, make their client's lives easier, and grow and improve. It's easy to see how much they care about the people and businesses that they work with!
I cannot believe the lack of compassion with this bank!! My mother has been a customer for over 20 years, and when she has issues they absolutely refused to help her unless she paid a fee! She had THREE checks from 2021, to three to different places, suddenly come out of her account 3 years after they were written. She immediately called the bank when she saw this on her online banking and they insist they do not have record of them clearing her account in 2021. It was also Friday afternoon and was told no one else can help ... read more
